Kinder is my favorite sonic but I don't know what's going on lately but service has went down. Pulled up at the drive-thru sat there forever no one ever asked us what we wanted to order so we pulled into a slot sat there for a while before we finally got somebody to answer our order and had to repeat it 4 times.
It is a smaller Sonic in Kinder and therefore has less stalls and over 10 of the stalls were out of order and seems to always be out of order. I used the drive-thru today and they were super fast getting my order ready. However, I ordered a hamburger and asked for no mayo and asked to add mustard. Unfortunately, my burger had no mustard but did have ketchup. When did they start adding ketchup to sonic hamburgers/cheeseburgers without requesting it?
