A little late this morning (10:30), biking the Tammany Trace. Found Alice's (old-fashioned) via Google (modern). Great Chicken-Fried Steak Breakfast (all-season)!! Rose (waitress) kept our cups full and hot.Nothing was absolutely the best, but all of it combined was absolutely the best!

We were staying in New Orleans, and rented bikes to see more of the beautiful state of Louisiana. We happened to pass Alice’s and stopped in for lunch. Sure glad we did! One of the best hot lunches and po boys we had! Our Server was so friendly and kind, and gave answered all our questions about the area. We WILL return when we come back to Louisiana
