Ordered on-line at about 11:10 AM for pick - up at 11:30 AM. Arrived precisely and 11:30, order was not ready. Cashier inquired about the order, and the order prepare person (female) commented (rudely) that they were working on it, but worse that we were trying to a free coke and she wasn’t “that stupid”. We ordered a 3 meat all brisket plate and we got home there was only 6.6 ounces of brisket on the plate. We feel really foolish that we didn’t check the order (bag was stapled shut) and that we gave these rude people a 15% tip!

Dont bother, not good at all. I knew it was a ghost kitchen but thought I would try anyway and immediately regretted it. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with medium sauce and coleslaw. Got no sauce at all and the sandwich was made from Sam's club frozen chicken tenders. No coleslaw at all.

Don't waste your time, had an order that was "accepted" and "prepared". Time kept extending and extending, then they ultimately cancelled. According to the driver the restaurant wasn't even open. Several ghost kitchens seem to be ran out of here, seems to just be careless management. Its Dickey's BBQ, if you don't like them, don't bother.

Ordered a burger from this place and I was really impressed!! My wife and I love trying new restaurants on our apps and this Big Deal Burger will have to stay in our rotation!!

Seems to me this company does that to make it seem like they are concerned in the public eye, when in reality they just want you to shut up. I give negative stars.……………………..Although the food tasted good, it was cold. I ordered 2 combos through Uber Eats and received 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 TINY drinks. If that wasn't enough, as I was eating my burger I bit into something with the texture of an onion peel. It wasn't an onion peel, it was a piece of wax paper. Very disappointed. Everything was burnt? they would not refund my order. It was my first time ordering at this restaurant. Customer service and food very bad.
