After the lost battle from Golden Buffet across the street, my friends and I crawled to the safe haven of Burger King. Immediately we were praised for our heartfelt battles on the enemy territory. We were gifted (we paid for) a 10$ whopper and were crowed. After consuming this meal, it reminded me of my late mother’s cooking. Satisfied and wearing crowns of glory, we departed for our homelands. Thank you so much Burger King. We owe our lives to you.

How is it OK with BK mgt. that an employee go to "work" with his pants hanging low enough on his rear end to expose at least 6 - 7 inches of his underwear, all **right at eye level with customers at the drive up window?** This was on 11/17 at around 9:30 PM. There were no cars in the lot. There were two cars ahead of mine, and I had to wait around 20 minutes. I soon discovered why. The employee at the drive up window was so engaged in his conversation with his coworker about who sells him marijuana that he could not be bothered with moving things along. When my food was finally ready he just **stood there** in plain sight with the food in a bag and continued his conversation as I continued to wait. Finally, at his convenience, he came to the window, handed me the food, did not apologize for the long wait, did not thank me. The food was good, but I can find good food without having to hear about an area drug dealer or having to see someone's underwear. I hope that management reads this and does something, at the very least, require that employees refrain from exposing customers to their underwear.

When you pay an extra $4.00 for condiments on your burgers but they ignore all of it and they think they can just pocket the change. STRANGE, LAZY, INCOMPETANT, non-deserving of a raise. Even MORE weird! ; last time i ordered a Coke and i got a DR PEPPER this time I ordered a Coke and I got a ROOTBEER as shown below, make it make sense!

My friends and I, international students, recently visited this Burger King through the drive-through, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did they give our orders late, but they also served others who ordered after us much sooner. What was even more disheartening was the rude and seemingly racist behavior we encountered. We were forced to go inside to collect our drinks, despite using the drive-through service. The employee handed over our order with a mocking and disrespectful attitude. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected, which is unacceptable. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background

Tonight I showed up before close to pick up a mobile order and the light are off but I see the employees sitting inside. I pull around to the intercom no answer, I pull around to the window and no one's there, I pull around to the front and they tell me they closed and laugh at me. When I say I have a mobile order that's already placed they said they closed, then a second later say they can make it. Wouldnt trust them making the food at that point so I said don't worry about it.Edit: Manager apologized for what happened and offered to make the food day after. Which I really appreciate

Recently, my group of international friends and I decided to make a visit to a particular Burger King via the drive-through, and unfortunately, our encounter was far from satisfactory. Not only did they deliver our orders with significant delays, but they also served customers who had ordered after us much more promptly. What made the situation even more disheartening was the disrespectful behavior we experienced, which appeared to have racial undertones. To our surprise, despite using the drive-through, we were compelled to go inside to retrieve our drinks. The employee's attitude when handing over our order was marked by mockery and disrespect. This experience left us with a sense of unwelcome and disrespect, something that should never happen. We sincerely hope that the management takes our feedback seriously and commits to treating all patrons with the respect and courtesy they deserve, regardless of their background.

Not only were our orders delayed, but they also served customers who had placed their orders after us much more promptly. Each time that I have visited this specific location it's been great. Most Burger Kings in Acadiana are fairly mediocre, but this one has been consistently better in my experience. It doesn't hurt to tell these hardworking people when they are doing a good job. ?
