Checkers was absolutely horrific food took forever and the cheese sticks were left out had to go back through the drive through and get them and they were under cooked checkers used to be really good but not anymore this is about the 5th time going and having a bad experience in the past year.?

It's a bit hoodish but my food is always and comes out fastParking: Its a Checkers so there's not a bunch of parking space really but you can definitely sit down and eat there outside your car if you like.Wheelchair accessibility: very limited

Wanted the 5 dollar advertised special was told they were not serving it but the sign is posted as clear as day on the outside so I asked if I could get a American Checker burger in a combo was told no everything has to be purchased separately I also asked if they had funnel fries and was told yes ordered them and when I got to the window to pay 3 employees with there backs to the window talked their for several minutes then she took my payment never saying a word to me she then went to drop my fries and came to the window and said oh we don't have any more funnel fries at that point I said just please refund me for my whole ticket such a lack of management at this location not very friendly service this was not the first time that I have gotten horrible service at this location but I promise you it's the last there are a number of other places in a very close proximity to this place that will gladly take the business that you (Checkers) don't wish to provide
We love Checkers and Rally's. We have visited many across the southeast. We visited this Checkers today (8/12/2023) and each of us tried to use our coupons for free Big Buford for signing up on the text message alerts. First the woman said she had to put both our orders on one ticket, then said that her system wouldn't accept the coupon, then she said only two people were in the building and that she wasn't going to make free food.I have never seen an employee with such a horrible work ethic. She literally threw the bags at us and yelled, even though we went way out of our way to be kind and try to be understanding, because she seemed stressed. It wouldn't have been so ridiculous if not for all the numerous signs which read "Text JOIN to #8(something) and receive a coupon for free sandwich" every 10 feet.Need to close this location, clearly the franchisee does not care. If they did, this wouldn't happen and the place would be cleaner and thr employees would be friendly. I'd totally fire her.
