Extremely dirty! There was trash all over the floor and on the tables (see pics). I can understand if it's busy but we came at a slow time--we were the only people in our section, and nobody came to clean. The food also came out cold, and we didn't get our drinks (we had to go up and ask). We had good experiences at this location years ago, but maybe this isn't the case anymore!

Was in line to order breakfast. Lady before me took a bit longer than normal. Was my turn and it was 1031am and was told they can't sell me breakfast after 1030a!! I waited in line all that time to walk out seeing everyone else eating breakfast ? was truly disappointed.

I visit this location more than any other location in our area. They are always fast, courteous, and accurate. Even when the line seems to be wrapped around the building, we are at the pickup window ready to receive our food in no time.Every employee that I have interacted with has been respectful, polite, and helpful. The atmosphere here is so much different than any other fast food restaurant. I can honestly say that I have never witnessed an employee having a bad day and taking it out on the customers at this location.I have only dined in once, but during that time, the experience was great, and the facility was clean. We even had an employee stop by the table and make sure that we were good. This never happens at any other fast food establishment that I have sat in.The food is always great, and I have never had a wrong order or poorly prepared food. This is a great location with some amazing people.
Always consistent no matter where you are serviced. Smiling and courteous cashiers. They ask if you would like sauce with your nuggets. No sauce for me, I relish in the original taste.
Ordering in drive-through was easy. Not a very long wait for food. Food was hot.

While the food was good, I noticed that the service and atmosphere of Chick-Fil-A have become much less welcoming. You have to cross the drive-thru to get to the indoor dining and the staff, while fairly polite, we're not as courtesy as they had been in the past. They talked amongst each other about customers.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I understand that this location was busy at the time of my stay, however that does not excuse poor service. The fries were incredibly soggy, and I stood in line for over 7 minutes waiting for someone to give me a refill for my drink. Employees continued to walk past both my friend and I as we stood there waiting and acted like we did not exist. I believe we would have had to continue to wait if I did not call out an employees name to PLEASE give us a refill. OUTRAGEOUS!!!

First of all, when the guy that took my order had no interest in taking my order from jump! I had to give my complete order from the entrees to the drinks. He didn’t ask any questions about the size etc. and also just took it up to himself to make my order (4 pc tender with a Kale crunch salad on the (side) a combo with a LEMONADE that I didn’t order! (Which I found out once I FINALLY received my order)I had to continually drive forward and watch FIVE vehicles BEHIND us receive their orders, asked what name my order was under THREE times, to have “NO” Kale Crunch Salad & the car hop (Asian guys with glasses) had the audacity to rush me telling ME that the cars behind me were getting frustrated when MY order was the one that’s been delayed ‼️ I had to remind him that I am the frustrated customer.. All for my order to be WRONG ?… Very disappointing to say they’re held up to such high standards!
