If I could give it less Stars I would. I was told by the manager that I cannot walk in the door and to my table without a face mask. Never mind that it is impossible to eat or drink with a face mask. When I asked the manager why this is the case she said it is the city mandate. The mayor publicly announced 2 days prior that he is not even enforcing the said mandate. I went across the street and had great Mexican food.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Arrived around 1:20 p.m. with my daughter, told there is a 20 minute wait. Gave my name and number for a call back. We sat in the car for 35 minutes. I called, told the person who answered that we were still waiting. She said she would have the hostess call me. Waited another 15 minutes, gave up and left. At the hour mark I still had no call. I called to speak to the manager to let them know what happened, only to be told that the manager was busy and couldn't talk until 4. Well, I let the guy who answered know why I was calling and I'm not calling back.

Service was terrible. Took an hour for appetizers to be served . Dishes were dirty . People arrived an hour after us and got their food before us , they were a table of six we were a table of 3 . On the way to the restroom was able to see into the kitchen , it was clear why the dishes were dirty,it was filthy . Will never go there again.

Notwithstanding the ongoing healthcare panic, the service was superb and the food was very good.
Just came from chili's on pinhook in Lafayette la ribs was tough, and my second one was burnt, when I got that one changed out, it was still burnt, loaded mashed potatoes all 3 were cold and watery, and last week I went to the newiberia location and that was cold as well, I paid to much money to have an unsatisfying meal

O...M. God!!!!! This Chili's is the best ever!! Had a front parking space, not handicapped ?. Then me and my daughter Logan, had the best waiter, his name was Jeff, BTW, He gets a 5 star rating by himself!! Very friendly and attentive, didn't hover, when taking our order, he crouches down In front of the table , really listening to us?! My steak was not medium rare, the manager, who is a dead-ringer for Chris Santos, a chef on the tv show "CHOPPED!!", BTW LOL!! He made sure I got a fresh one done perfectly the way I wanted!! Every thin else was the bomb!! Please eat here, you won't regret it
