I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the warming demeanour of our waitress. It reminded me of some of the local restaurants that I used to visit in the 90s.The half fried shrimp poboy I ordered was nearly a foot long. Given the size of my half po boy, I'm not certain if I would be able to eat a full poboy in one sitting.This is a great place to have lunch if you're looking for a good po boy.

People were friendly and the food was decent but overall just not great. I would try a different place next time I'm in town. Like I said though, overall not a bad experience. I would get the gumbo again though.
I ordered a pork roast poboy and a turkey poboy and asked for mustard instead of mayo on the turkey poboy....told me he couldn't swap so I ordered it with no mustard and added mustard when I got home. While my mom is eating her pork roast poboy, she notices it has mustard...why couldn't the turkey poboy have mustardagain...that was too simple of a request not to oblige. They don't have to worry about me ordering anything else from them...

My sister and I ate there after my PT appointment. I ordered the Fried Shrimp dinner which came with seasoned steak fries I subbed some for onion rings. It was delicious! My sister ordered the seafood gumbo, ate what she could and took her juice home. She was very pleased with her meal. She said it was delicious also. But our server MAX was the BEST he served us like we were royalty. He never missed missed a beat. He made sure all his tables were doing fine. We give MAX 5 *****!THANKS MAX! SANDRA & MARY
On top of the seafood gumbo tasting amazing the service is always great. I forgot my sunglasses here 2+ weeks ago, came here for lunch (seafood gumbo again) took a shot in the dark and asked if anyone turned sunglasses in a few weeks ago and there they were!! They were expensive sunglasses so I’m thrilled. Thanks Chris’
