Placed a pick up order and showed up at the time they provided for me but still had to wait an extra 20 minutes. It just defeats the purpose of a pick order. Amazing food! And I don't fully blame the workers at all. Just very inconvenient.

This is the slowest churches I have ever gone thru I sat in drive thru for 15 mins with out ordering after being told to pull forward to place my order then when I finally got to the window they didn't even know I hadn't order and told me "oh no one wanted to take the drive thru mic to take the order that is why they told me to pull forward." That is very ridiculous given the fact I was just picking up a mobile order.

They were a little behind on orders, but the older lady at the front counter was working hard and very apologetic for my wait. It was okay as I could see she was working hard. Kindness definitely goes a long way. I didn't get her name, but she may have been the manager.
It was an awesome experience. The cashier was polite after all the orders and changes we made. The food was well cooked and hot. I will definitely order

Delicious fried chicken, I have noticed they're very understaffed, but still manage to have our orders done in a timely manner.
Ordered 3piece chicken tenders spicy Meal with Coke Ordered 3 piece regular chicken spicy with Coke. Sides mashed potato other coleslaw. Additional order mashed potatoes and fried Okra with 4 peppers. Get home drinks were yellow colored other drink was red. No Coke. Chicken was cold. No dipping sauce for tenders. Okra was only thing ok Luke warm. Purchased at around 8:50 p.m. Called no one picked up. Order $24.01. Called this morning to speak to a manager. No manager in until Monday to talk to Tameka. Savanah could care the least on customer complaint. Sad to spend that kind of money for fast food when I request cooked fresh to order and was told 10 minute wait. ?
