Ordered online. No one was inside doing their job when I arrived. They were outside talking and cutting up. Ended up waiting about 20 minutes at the window to finally get my 3 piece meal. I got the world's smallest chicken wing as my third piece. I'll pass on ever going

The church’s Texas chicken, here in Lafayette and especially the one located near ambassador Caffery Parkway and west congress street, it’s horrible, the food tastes like the grease is old and the food smells like they don’t clean the fryer and when you ask them to cook to order, they have an attitude, the manager needs to be trained and the staff that’s handling the food needs to know how to sanitize their hands when handling food and money!!! I love church’s chicken, but not there at the place I just named……..??????Vegetarian options: They need to have this as an option to buy food from church’s…Dietary restrictions: Like low fat , no cholesterol, and gluten free

Ask for my chicken fresh, they must have put it back in the grease to be “fresh” chicken was hard, with barely any meat inside. Almost forgot one of my sides and had to change my drink because it was nasty.

I will never get chicken from Chuches on University any more. I ask for spicey they gave me mild and then the chicken was cold. I asked for rice the darn rice is mushy the biscuits was not in my bag cause the girls in there talking about they going to get a rental and get a room we don't want to pay to much. We'll I be dawn give me what I ask for. They can count they days never again. That is why I go to the one that is on Congress. They chicken hot and everything they are the best on congress. Then got nerve to ask for stars. Never not this churches.

Drive thru staff was very friendly at 1st. Wait time at window was a lil over 10 minutes before she came back just to forget what i had and tried to charge me for he next vehicle food.

We were trying to get something late and we go through the busy Drive-thru. They were out on several items and had a prolonged wait for our food. Unfortunately, it was a little cold by the time we got it, but we definitely should have came by sooner. Tasted great, though.
