I was picking up the food, on april 17th. 9.32am , the lady about 60+ on the counter was saying that she dont know anything about the drink and cant understand me(i have russian accent) but i live in this country already 2years and she was the first one who was not able to understand me, and i know for sure also that she was a racist, very negative emotions , will i go back to that store? No

Food and dessert were served fast and both excellent, but the best part was our server Cynthia. She really went above and beyond to take care of us. Also, the very friendly manager went around asking guests if all was good. Kudos to this Cracker Barrel team!

Our server was very nice but didn’t set the world on fire with the speed. First serving of coffee was lukewarm. After we told her, we had hot coffee. My pancakes were almost too tough to cut and for what ever reason this location was out of milk at 11am on a Monday. I reminded myself that items like this is the reason I don’t come to Cracker Barrel no more than twice a year and now it will probably be less than that.
