o, I am extremely upset about this. My 79-year-old mother ordered pizza for my niece. When they tasted the pizza, both of them immediately said it was too greasy and salty, and could not eat any more pizza. I had my niece called to report that the pizza made them nauseous and they might have food poisoning. The manager on the phone stated that they had to go to the hospital and bring the doctor's note. Mind you, there was no apology just plain ugliness and rude over the phone. A few hours later, I was able to stop by the store to ask who it was that spoke with my niece. Well, when I spoke to the manager, I asked what was the policy when the food was not right. I was told the same thing but in a rude manner. If it’s a stomach virus, then she would need a doctor's note stating that it was vomiting, shitting, (Her exact words said, over and over) nauseous, or whatever. As I was talking to her, she politely started to walk away, and then I asked what was corporate number and her name. I did not raise my voice, and I spoke in a mild tone, trying to get some answers. Apparently, customers are not appreciated at Domino’s. The food was greasy and salty, and they did not eat the pizza. She threw it in the trash. The only reason they called is because I told them and let them know. They did not want another pizza at all. We all don’t appreciate being dismissed like this and for her to use the language says she is very rude all the time to all her customers. I know it’s Christmas, but you have no idea before we explain to you who that pizza was for. It could’ve been for someone who had nothing to eat. All I could say is we are regular customers at Domino’s( not this branch) and we definitely won’t be back with this kind of customer service. I hate that my mom and my niece had to go through this and now they are at home not feeling well. I called later to see how they were feeling and to bring something for them to eat and they were still at home sick. That was the meal they would have had for today because neither one was driven to go get anything. Thanks a lot, Domino’s now they’ll probably be sick on Christmas Day. Whatever you do do not pay for extra cheese because they won’t put it. I paid for extra cheese on 2 pizzas when I got home them pizzas was so dry and just bread and sauce I called and lady answered I told her I paid for extra cheese and they didn’t put it she gave the longest pause/silence before she said bring it back and we will remake it. I got back she took the dry pizzas and rolled her eyes and gave me 2 more pizzas they remade I get home the pizzas made the same way smh

If you call and tell them they made your stuff wrong they will call you back several times to argue with you. The manager Tiffany called to tell me, the customer, that I was wrong because she put all the veggies on my sandwich but did not have peppers on it. One dude was nice and polite handled the situation and then 2 females decided that they couldn’t take the criticism of a nasty sandwich that was made incorrectly and had burnt cheese. No one wants what they sent to my home and are trying to tell me they did it right.

Been ordering delivery here for about two years and it’s consistently fast, piping hot, and the drivers are friendly. Clearly a well run franchise and super reliable for good pizza, fast.

Terrible service placed a delivery order but ended up calling and being told I would have to wait another 2hrs after placing the order an hour prior, they stick you in prep so it looks like they are working on it but actually aren't. Employees don't use gloves to make your pizzas despite the fact that food service health code requires it for food prep. Overall terrible experience and I haven't even had any pizza yet.

This place is filled with rude workers who should choose another industry to work in. I placed an order on 5/1/23 in the evening and received a whole different pizza than what I ordered.After calling to resolve the issue, I was met with an ugly and immature attitude from a female worker who was snappy and rude. She informed me it would be 2 hours before we received the correct pizza even though we live 5 minutes away and proceeded to hang up on me very abruptly before I could fully inform her whether I wanted the replacement or a refund. I hate ordering from this dominos. Always an attitude from these people even when THEY mess up.I spoke with the manager on duty about this and he didn’t even seem to care how rude the worker was. He didn’t say a word about correcting her or anything NOR did he apologize about her rude behavior. I think it’s incredibly inappropriate to have ANY type of attitude with a customer when the mess up is the fault of the business/employees.

Food is fine, just the same as any Domino's. But the customer service was absolutely atrocious. My husband went to pick it up, and the inside was closed, but instead of the employee just letting him know that he yelled at him. Then when he went through the drive through, the guy at the window was also massively rude and when he handed my husband the pizza he literally said "now go away." What????
