No stars!! Wrong order and manager is rude!!! Paid for lg pizzas with extra toppings and got a med pep and a lg cheese! My only option was to get a credit for one pizza!

I order the same thing every Friday. Never had a problem before. Tonight I ordered it and my husband picked it up on the way home as usual. Since they started making the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and the five cheese dip I always order it for me and a bacon & ham pizza for me. Tonight I added chicken and parmesan bites. Open the box and I don't have pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread I have molten lava cakes. So I call and try to explain it and the man I spoke to made me repeat it twice and then cut me off and handed the phone to a "manager". I explained what happened and asked since it was their mistake could they deliver the order ? She said absolutely not. I either had to take a store credit which I know if I try to use it later it will be nonexistent or come pick it up myself. Then she hung up on me. I have never had a Domino's employee be rude to me before and when it happened it was a manager. So I have to load up my six year old and go pick it up. Meanwhile the rest of my food is at home getting cold. My five cheese dip was a solid,gelatinous mess. The chocolate lava cakes that they gave me by accident were now cold and hard. I had to reheat my son's pizza because of course everything was cold. I should have brought everything back and made them remake my order. If I ever have another bad experience I'll start ordering from Rotolo's.

This location has the best pizza I have ever had from Domino’s Pizza. The pan pizza is my favorite go to along with the Parmesan bites. I have the Domino Pizza App which I use to order online, makes it super easy and you get rewards. The staff here is always super friendly and service with a smile.Parking: Easily parked to get out and pick up your order or there is also a drive through.

I ordered some desserts for my girl when she was having a bad night and asked them to write her a note and drop it off to her with the food. They went above and beyond and did. Best dominos ever!

Ordered online to a hot spot location payed a delivery order never received my order they claimed they called my phone multiple times and I promise NOBODY EVER CALLED I was waiting at the location for a while ! Ended up having to pick up my order because manager said she is not sending her driver back out ! and I was charged delivery fee for NOTHING DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I ordered on line however when I picked uped pizza it was burnt. The cashier asked me if I wanted another pizza. I answered yes. I had to wait of course. So she brought me another and charged me. It was burnt too. I don't know if the potatoes were burnt because I never saw them. I called the store 3 times but your employee and manager hung up on me. And your manager said said I shouldn't order any more pizzas from you

We order all the time, food is always great. Spent $ 64.00 on pizza, and gave the driver a $ 5.00 tip. When going outside after food was delivered, I have a piece of trash in my yard. Driver crumpled the receipt in a ball, and threw it in my yard. Not a happy customer, wish I could retract my tip, and give it to the cook instead.

Order online and arrive to the store like 15 minutes later. My order showed ready on there screen also on my phone. My food was not ready. While waiting in the store the workers were playing around also had multiple curse words came out their mouth.Wasn’t friendly at all nor did they tell me im sorry for the wait. I called the store after i left to speak with a manager Ms.Annette they had me on hold for 10 + minutes. They don’t stick to their word about offing anyone anything for the wait.Pizza came out well but cheesy bread wasn’t too good. They cheesy bread is the item i was waiting on. Had to order my own Marinara sauce because it didn’t come with one. Outside of the store looked good really need better Customer service…

Worst experience ever had ordered a pizza at 8:19 and called at 9:20 for an update and guy in the phone said their waiting on drivers I asked them for either a discount or for the order to be cancelled and he told me the order is canceled and I asked for his name because I did not confirm this.,,,, and he hung up on me!
