We decided to get takeout from here. I've been to the location in Baton Rouge and Gonzales and the experience was absolutely beautiful.I am so disappointed in my local Fiery Crab. After arriving home, we noticed the 1lb of sausage missing from our House Platter. We called the manager, and his name is Galvin. He told us that the kitchen said we didn't order the sausage. Actually, $108.00 says we did. The manager also stated, "Oh, I do see where you bought it, but the kitchen won't do anything about it.I am very disappointed in how this was handled.

????Today on Wednesday March 27,2024 here at fiery crab we ordered catfish poboy for $10.95 They serve us small baby catfish on French bread, we had more bread than fish. 4 small pieces of fish. I ask for more fish or a larger piece the waiter said they told him I have to pay $4. more for some. I said No. you don’t get your money’s worth

The food was amazing. The service was terrible. It was my daughter’s birthday dinner. The waitress did not bring plates or anything to cut the cake with. I had to get out to go containers from the front.

Only draw back is the closer you sit to the back door you can smell the dumpster outside :( food is always delicious though. Absolutely love this place. Fiery special, hot… chefs kiss.

Everything was good. The food was really, really amazing. Our waitress, Patrick, was really nice, and he deserves a raise.
First, they charge an $18 service charge for any group of more than 6 people! Really!!! The staff had real attitudes. Brought me a little plastic spoon to eat my gumbo with! Why not real silverware??? Food was ok.It was my first and LAST time I will ever go there!

The service was good. The main complaint is that the bathrooms were horrible. Dirty and also toilet paper on the floor,etc. Trash cans were overflowing. They may have been short staffed because there were a lot of tables that had not been cleared out, chairs were dirty.
