Walked in and waited 10 minutes to place an order with the only worker at the window putting in orders. Mind you there were no other customers inside. Not a single acknowledgement from any employees at any point. Then multiple smirks as we left without being able to order anything. Won’t be returning to the Ambassador location.

The store in Lafayette is useless.poor customer service all around.whoever was cooking threw the double burger mostly off the bun.sad I'm pretty much done with that place..

We having been going to this location since it first opened and have always enjoyed our time. Every first Tuesday of the month they do a family night which is so nice and fun for the kids. Mrs. Destiny and her crew have games and prizes for the kids every month. They go above and beyond and deserve the highest praises for everything. It's so fun for the kids and I even join in the games lol. I wish more people knew about this, but Freddy's is also good service and great food regardless on what day you come in.Kid-friendliness: We have been going on Family Night which is each month, and it's been amazing with face painting, etc.

Despite the name, the style of burger served here is the smash burgers. That is a small patty that is flattened so it gets lots of Maillard reaction and is extra crispy. If you have never had one they are a different experience from a traditional burger.While I consider their fries only average, their shakes and frozen custards are divine.
