Absolutely Fantastic! Everything was made fresh and served HOT! We definitely enjoy their smash burgers, their shoestring fries are some of the best in the burger business.
Went into Lafayette, LA restaurant on Bertrand Drive yesterday at 4:45 pm for a burger. Was busy and I could not get waited on. Manager asked an off the clock employee to come help. Employee walked up to me to take my order, was stopped by the manager and told to take drive through orders. If they do not want to serve people inside the restaurant , they should close the lobby and just serve the drive-through.

The last two times I ordered a burger the first one was burnt and the second one was sloppy and look like somebody just threw onions and multiple pickles on my burger ! Will never order again very disappointed . Waste of

TL;DR, the food sucks and the workers are so rude!! If you want to pay 60$ to wait forever, be ignored, and end up with cold food, this is the place for you.Ordered dinner for four tonight at 8:40 online, the app told us 12-15 minutes so we arrived around 8:55. Let me just start, as service workers, my friends and I can tolerate a lot in terms of inconvenience. We understand things get backed up.When we told the worker we had a mobile order, he said the food “wasn’t even close to done” and said something about pulling up with an attitude. We rode to the window where he ignored us for the next fifteen minutes, walking right past us and making eye contact multiple times before giving us full cups of melted custard and a food bag full of cold food. We still thanked him, trying to ease the tension and ask for sauces and he shut the door in our face, not a single word after I left the speaker.Before leaving we checked and found a missing order of chicken fingers. I went in and asked for them to remake just the 5 piece, and the worker dug through the bag, didn’t believe us at first, and then pointed at my onion rings saying that was what I ordered. We checked the receipt and eventually we got everything we ordered. But again with the attitudes. NO ONE acknowledged us and when we asked for what we paid for, we were the problem. The chicken was overly breaded, undercooked, and mushy, and the specialty fish sandwich looked undercooked as well. Everyone in there was so rude! And not to mention, we were the only car in the drive through for the 20-25 minute ordeal, and one of three other groups in the lobby, clearly not the busiest. We were met with so much hostility over four combo meals, so disappointed :(

Very speedy service. I’m a sucker for thin/crispy shoestring fries and they have just that. It wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, but it was really good in terms of fast food standards. It is a great place to have a date night on a budget. The place is very clean and offers a great modern diner experience. Definitely would come back!
