This place has wonderful drinks, but whoever is running the place doesn't like to work. I can't count how many times I've shown up an hour after opening and there's people working, but they don't unlock the door. Just today, they missed 4 customers because of the woman working inside that couldn't be bothered to open the door at 10:45, even though the sign says they open at 10.

Upon my arrival to collect the order, the owner.. with a grumpy and entitled attitude, said that he hadn't prepared it due to its considerable size.... Was going to grab my father in law who is sick, a smoothie from here. There were people inside getting smoothies and sign said closed at 5:00. Guy came out and locked the door and said "we're closed" very rudely. I understand closing is closing, but they were 40 minutes til closing and they were extremely rude.
Good smoothies, mediocre service, untrustworthy hours.Staff isn't very friendly. Wouldn't call them rude exactly, but very curt.As for the hours, I understand it says online they're closed mondays, and there used to be a sign on the door saying the same, but recently they changed the sign to say they will be open normal time on mondays. Their door hours say they WILL BE OPEN until 8pm on mondays. They are not.Keep the hours on your door updated with accuracy! I am a planner, and when one thing is thrown off my whole schedule is thrown off. I don't appreciate being mislead and having my schedule ruined because your door hours are a lie. This is a big irritation for me specifically, which is why you got two stars only.Staff attitude could also use some work.Smoothies are very good though!

This place is ok, nothing special. The drinks are pretty sugary, and the snacks are just you regular prepackaged candy and cookies.Nonetheless, they use real fruit as well so I'm not sure if some drinks have just added sugar, or what else they use back there. And it takes a minute to get your order. It's ok every once in a while. If you're in the area.
