First time coming here and i was highly disappointed, i was charged extra for pinto beans and charged twice for cheese when cheese already comes with the bowl and the queso was lumpy. The chicken was flavorless and the portion size was small for the $13 i paid. I spoke to the owner he admitted i was over charged and he offered to send me a coupon in the mail, let’s just say I never got it.

I enjoyed my meal but I wouldn't say it loved it. It has been at least five years since I ate here because my previous two experiences weren't good at all. It was better this time. All of the staff were friendly and they were busy during my visit. You'll have a better experience if you can time your visit when they are not busy. When they have lots of people waiting, they'll start your order and then stop so they can start taking more orders. So all the hot ingredients that were put into my burrito, such as the meat, rice, beans, sit out on the open counter getting cold. At this point, the burrito has not been rolled up. Everything got cold. Finally after a long wait, they resumed making my burrito. The flavor was good but the meat was overwhelmed by the beans. I happened to order pork. I found the pork lacking any flavor. I will make a different choice next time. I've had the steak previously and it was seasoned better. Just to be clear, the burrito didn't taste bad or anything but then again it didn't wow me either. I also ordered chips and queso on the side. I really enjoyed the chips which are very thin, crispy, and lightly salted. The queso was a mix. The flavor was excellent in my opinion but it's so watery that it's hard to dip your chips without queso dropping everywhere from the cup to your mouth. Not only is that messy but it makes it very hard to get enough queso on the chip, at least to my liking. But the flavor was good, in fact among my favorites that I've ever had. In the end, the meal was fine but if they addressed some of these flaws, at least in my opinion, I would go there more often. Note that unless you're a big eater, the smallest size burrito is a very generous portion. You won't go away hungry.

Saw "illegal burrito" and had to see what was up. My friends and I walked in for lunch and the place was not busy, we were able to order out food quickly and they made it right in front of us. It's like a subway for burritos. They have a variety of food on their menu and they serve margaritas. FROZEN. The dining area is neat and cool to look around. Many funny writings on the walls. Overall, fantastic place with delicious food.

I've given Izzos multiple chances because I wanted to like it. I like everything but their meats. The meats are all just gross. The place is clean. The workers are friendly and you get your food pretty quick.
Really bad experience. From the moment the girl opened her mouth to serve us. she had the worst attitude. Sighed and rolled her eyes when asked to make a shrimp quesadilla. Would not listen after asking me a question. Said "huh" every time. Would not explain herself when I would be confused by the "rules". a very horrible attitude. Plus the salsa options were not out and the size offered were so much smaller at other Izzo's I have been to. do not waste your time or money going to this location.

I like izzos they are good but if a customer is paying full price on a meal and they ask for warm chips make sure to give them what they request workers saying the machine is broken that makes the company look lazy it's all about customers making sure they are happy once paying some thing inside the

Could tell the quality of food was there. But my pork burrito was COLD. Not like, " Oh, I wish this was warmer. " The pork was very very cold. And with as slow as the service was, they had time to nuke it longer.Expensive, flavorful, cold food.
