Food is always wonderful in taste and time of serving. My husband loves the Salad Bar and I love the Beefeater (French Dip). However, NOTHING beats the free ice ceeam.

20 minutes after ordering our food, my wife had her meal but I didn’t. I went up and questioned the attendant behind the counter, who was busy on a personal call, about it and she proceeded to argue with me that my wife had gotten our entire order and that I had NOT ordered a bowl . The manager apparently heard me raising my voice a little as I was trying to get the attendant to understand that I had not received my food. The manager looked at my receipt and showed the other one that I had ordered what I said I did. I’ve been here before and this is a first. This person should not be the face of your customer service.

Love Jason's salad bar ! As food and restaurant menu prices continue to rise, Jason's has kept it very reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive !! ? The cashier taking my order was exceptional nice which was an added bonus !

I've had the Pollo Mexicano and it was just ok. However, the Reuban THE Great sandwich is so delicious! I ordered it w/ pastrami and 1000 island on the side. I can not describe how delicious this sandwich is. And so worth the price. I ate 1/2 for lunch Friday. I just reheated the other 1/2 in the toaster oven then added the 1000 island. Even better than yesterday.I highly recommend this sandwich ????

The service was pretty good, but the food was awful. The chicken in my sandwich tasted strange, the salsa for my chips was watery and not good, and my cake was dry and freezer burnt. There wasn’t one thing that I ordered that I finished except for the tortilla chips.
