Yea food is nice. but every time there's an event, everyone in a 6 block radius can't sleep or park at their own houses. The crowds this place draws are actually insane. Wanting to start fights with the local residents because of parking illegally ?

We love to order from KOK.. today we placed a large order for our office and they sent me a shareable instead of the pressure pack that I ordered. I contacted them and the manager had us some fresh food dropped, she delivered it herself and they definitely exceeded our expectations!!! THAT is customer service!!! Great food and definitely amazing service!! Number 1 in my book!! You guys did a fantastic job!! ❤️

My recent visit to KOK Wings & Things was a true delight, especially with their crawfish on the menu. The crawfish were cooked to perfection, flavorful and succulent with just the right amount of seasoning. Each bite was a burst of Louisiana flavor, transporting me to the bayou with every taste. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was friendly, making it a fantastic spot to indulge in delicious crawfish. If you're a fan of seafood, KOK Wings & Things is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered Wing combo with a side of loaded fries thru door dash and when delivered only received my combo and not my loaded fries which I paided for and when i called door dash the dasher said "it's nothing he can do he's on another order" which is some what understandable but, when I called KOK the person who answered put me on hold and said the manager said I can get a refund thru door dash or I can come in to remake the order which doesn't makes sense to me because, if I could go in I would have done that in the first place! So with being said the customer service sucks! And I lost out on money when I was charged for something I didn't receive and nothing both companies could do about it! ???????????

Terrible customer service, I ordered online. They got the order wrong, I call to get it fixed and they are stating I have to go through door dash. I don’t wanna go through door dash or get my money back I just want it the way I ordered it, what’s even better the restaurant has a no refund policy on door dash so I can’t even get my money back. So now I’m out 20$ for mid wings and fries that are done completely wrong. I’ve been coming here for years but now I’m not going back.

First time going to this restaurant & the wings were the BEST I ever had! I love the fact that they have so many wing flavors to choose from ? Also their wing size of their chicken is how a chicken wing is supposed to be! The loaded fries were also phenomenal!! Definitely worth the price!!!!!I was in Laffy for Mardi Gras & I ate from this restaurant twice!!!! I will be back again when I visit Laffy!
