Can't rate the food - we left due to lack of service. We waited at the door for host, then waited for an available table, then waited again greater than 10 minutes at a table for a server, who never came. A table was sat 10 minutes after us and had service within 2 minutes.Additionally, we were seated in a make-shift booth. One side was a booth seat and other side had 2 standard chairs with a 4 legged table which made getting into the booth seat uncomfortable. We were a family of 5 and didn't fit there well. May give another try when not as busy though unlikely, but they were not staffed well to provide acceptable service.

First time going because we usually go to Izumi. NO MORE IZUMI because Katsu is WAYYY BETTER!! Our ramen had so much in it and delicious flavors! Our server was awesome and worked the whole floor by himself. Kuddos to him! He was great! We will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: The server interaction with my daughter was awesome! He was so sweet to her!

This place has the coolest atmosphere, I love taking my friends and family here. The food is never disappointing and the drinks are really good too.
Love this place. My go to ramen place, the food and staff are always perfect and friendly too! It’s especially nice when your a typical introvert to begin with. This place makes me smile with warm conversations and greetings everytime. Would recommend a million times over!
Very inexpensive for genuine Japanese food. The Japanese curry is pretty good, but get it with the chicken (is my recommendation). The staff is super friendly and the prices are crazy good.

The place smells like a comic store, not appatizing, my order of tempura rice was overcooked, my husband's tonkatsu tasted like a pure fish broth and the fountain drinks were nearly 2.50$ a drink,I Could forgive all that, if the bonito flakes were actual flakes and had some flavor.Our first anniversary had been disappointing
