Trying to find what to order is probably the worst part of the whole experience because it's all SO GOOD. I was first introduced to Kevin's Seafood with a piece of fried catfish and let me tell you- I was hooked. Everything is fried to perfection, seasoned to a T, and the portion sizes??? A large seafood platter is enough for 2 meals: 2 pieces of fish, 10 shrimp, an unhealthy amount of fries (but whi complains about that really?)and it's only $10.99. And the burgers are so mouthwatering. They definitely have a kick -but you can request less spice if you'd like- and they are so big you feel like you might have to tap out but you've come too far to quit now. Plus the burger alone is about $7 I mean you cant beat that quality for the price. By the time we're done with the burgers we usually don't have room for the fries. The fried rice is also a great alternative to the fries in each platter. If you haven't gone yet- YOU HAVE TO GO ASAP. And the staff is always very friendly.

I ordered shrimp fried rice, but I would've did better by ordering rice straight outta the rice cooker. Today I decided to make my own shrimp fried rice & it's 1,000x better than Kevin's will ever be. The seafood platter was alright, but that shrimp fried rice was horrible. Went to the Ambassador location for the 1st time. Once we got our food, my son found a roach in his fried rice. I was so disgusted I didn’t even snap a pic of the disgusting creature. I’ve ordered from Kevin’s while at work on many occasions and always thought it was delicious. I’m not in the habit of paying for and eating roaches. So I’ll never be back. Whoever the manager/owner is, please fix this problem!!! No one wants to find bugs, pieces of metal, hair, or eyelashes in their food!! I feel I need to call the health department on them!!!!

I called in an order for my wife and I because I expect a wait for seafood. Fried fish, fried shrimp, fried rice, and beef and broccoli. Brought it home and everything was cooked perfectly. Seasoning was perfect. I am very particular about seafood, but they knocked it out of the park. We look forward to going back in the future.

I am from out of town. And I just wanted some seafood before hitting the road. I placed my order. And I went up to the counter and ask if they offered pepper oil for my fried rice. I am assuming the Lady was the owner. She’s looking at me. And she said something very low. And my response to her was are you needing me to explain what I am asking for. Are you just don’t understand what I am asking for. And she’s acting like she’s looking for something and not saying anything. So I got pissed and told her don’t worry about it. My thing is where is the customer service??? No matter how you look at things. Consumer are the people that’s keeping these doors open for your business. After my order was placed that doesn’t mean. Customer service should have stopped. As the owner or whatever you are. It’s called leading by example. You shouldn’t be upset or try to hold your team accountable about customer service. When Clearly you as the Manager/Owner. DO NOT know anything about that. But NO WORRIES I will never return again. I don’t care if the food was good are not. Customer Service is powerful and having great customer service. Is a great marketing tactic, because Everyone will talk about your establishment. Why because the customer service and your food is Top Tier.Being rude to the wrong person. Will put you in a situation you can’t get out of. Just know everything is word of mouth.
