Road trip to Lafayette today. We enjoyed our first visit to Lagneaux's. Our waiter was the bomb! We've NEVER had a waiter/waitress who was on top of everything. The only time we looked for him was to give him his well deserved tip. ❤️??

NEVER going back the service was horrible..Some of the family order off the minnew and we never got our food intell a hr later and when the orders were ready this boy would be yelling to the waiters..

The food on the buffet was cold and not good. I have been there before in the past and it was great. My daughter ordered crawfish and half was mushy, the service was not good either. Wasted money and time. Told the server about the food and crawfish and he pretended not to care. I asked for a to go bag for my daughter’s crawfish and he wanted to charge me for another buffet and the crawfish was not even on the buffet.

Pregnant and uncomfortable. Food was left out on the bar and paid full price for old food. They had a party in the event room so we ate there crumbs. My table was across from the cash register.Parking: Parking is in front of the building. It is hard finding the entrance after dark or on a low visibility night.

We were very disappointed. No crab and no crawfish. Everything was hot spicy hot. Only 2 desserts and shrimp was mushy with a weird taste. Sad for$70 plus for two people ?

Had an awesome time and experience at this place, Lagneaux food was seasoned very well, and the waiter was awesome ? at his job. Me and my wife are a mixed race couple and whenever we go other places to eat, a lot of people stairs at us, but I felt real comfortable at this place and if anyone wants to go sit down and eat at this place they welcome you with open arms. Thank the Lagneaux crew for making us feel comfortable.
