Made an online order , arrived at store only to have to wait for order.Now because I work in customer service I got what was ready and not what I ordered to help clear their lobby. Puffs looked crushed and badly made. Returned back to the store only for management to say they have to make too many of those. I will say that the cook came from the back and tried to help. Beyond that no communication, front cashier struggled alone at the front. Will not choose again.

What's the point in ordering online when it's gonna take almost a hour on top of the estimated wait time. Then want to catch an attitude because I don't want to wait 3 days to get my money back. Online is just as important as in-store. If not take it off?

Everytime I come here they never have any pizza made or they are out of a certain type of crust I went in today and the manager (I guess ) said there would be a 2 hour wait on anything else bcuz they are only doing online orders .I will not be back to that location ever again!

I ordered online for pickup and everything was as expected. The lady at the counter was friendly and courteous and the place looked clean. There's no dine in here, and no chairs to sit if you have to wait for you food. I ordered a Detroit pizza and I have to mention that it was baked perfectly. These are thick pizzas and many places have a tendency to leave them slightly undercooked, where the dough isn't quite done in the middle. This one was done right though. Not over or undercooked. I would go here the next time I want a pizza.

It's Little Ceasers what can I say it's the cheapest pizza in town when in a pinch. Taste to cost is on point and you get what you pay for.Service is like expected from a fast food joint. Most of the time friendly and your in and out as long as you get hot and ready.Atmosphere... well you get to stand. It's a 2 foot by 12 foot waiting area?. Atleast it doesn't smell bad. Not much else can be said about it.

i ordered some crazy bread online when i got it it was cold and have zero traces of butter or parmesean. brought it back to get a new batch because i just really wanted crazy bread and i got two new bags still hardly any trace of butter or parmesan. so sad

How is this place even open, I ordered 45 minutes ago on app & hv no food yet. One pepperoni pizza & cheese bread, this manager needs to fired.Oh wait as I’m typing this I was given burnt pizza, they said it’s not I took pics of it sitting at the end of pizza rack for 10 minutes not knowing it was mine. If the owner of this location would like to see the 5 pizzas backed up in the oven pics and pics of my burnt pizza don’t hesitate to respond. Also I asked for money back they said they can’t bc of app order. This is a horrible place & truly don’t waste your time coming here! Dominoes will be worth the aggravation you will endure here.As I’m finishing typing this been 55 minutes since app ordered, nothing yet!

Place looks run down and not cared for at all, but they must be doing something right, because half the time I go there after work around 7pm they're already out of food and closing for the day. And it makes sense, those "$5" Hot-N-Ready pizzas are SO good! No longer five bucks - more like $8.75, but still cheaper than everywhere else!As for the place being run down, it must be because they're so damned busy all the time and have nothing left in the tank to keep the place looking nice. At least the kitchen is clean! Keep up the good work yall!Parking: Large enough parking lot that you don't have to go more than 30 yards to get to the storefront pretty much most of the time.Wheelchair accessibility: It's an annex in the Albertsons Shopping Center, so there's like wheelchair ramps up to the sidewalk every 50ft. or so, and the sidewalks and storefront easements are nice and wide for plenty of foot traffic.
