To Go: The fried shrimp poboy was shockingly small. I ordered a whole and could have eaten two. The other people in my group felt the same way. Someone should take a side by side pic of the Poboys from Louisiana Poboys, Acadiana, and Chris’s for comparison. I’d love to see the difference.

I've eaten here before but never left a review. The hamburgers IMO are in the top 5 best in town. What's really good are the steaks. They use prime beef only and they are the cheapest in town. Also try the tenderloin salad. All the food here is reasonable priced.

Wonderful place. Be sure to visit with Bentley at the bar. He also makes wonderful cheesecakes!

Had the full shrimp Poboy and it was amazing! The guy working the register was very friendly and professional. The Cajun chips weren't hot or spicy at all which was a slight let down but overall a very satisfying experience.

Went a bit out of our way based on reviews. It was mid-day, mid-week. Passed it once, traffic is really bad around there. There was only one customer eating and I was the only one ordering to go. Was disappointed overall but it's adequate. Tried a half grilled shrimp poboy and a full muffulleta. Must have missed something in the menu because I had no idea it was barbecue or wouldn't have ordered it. Still it was ok. At least it was reasonable size and the shrimp we not overcooked. I thought a muffulleta on poboy bread would be ok since some reviews loved the bread. The bread was the worst thing about both sandwiches. Anemic bread that felt and tasted like it was undercooked dough. The muffulleta had a good amount of meat, good enough quality meats, and the olive salad on it was tasty except, and they aren't the only ones have this problem, the carrots and something else were in very hard cubes. And it could've used double the olive salad. But it tasted fine. I guess it was fair for the price but I sure wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Super friendly staff, good prices and great food! We got the gumbo and the hamburger poboy combo. Everything was great- will definitely be returning in the near future!

I've had the shrimp poboy (fried and grilled), bbq beef and bbq sausage poboys, and fries with 0 complaints. My coworkers also confirm the salads and chicken poboys are great too. I also love the quantity to price, its nice to be able to eat somewhere, feel full and not have to worry about blowing up your budget.

Poboys would be much better with whole wheat bread.

Great Poboys served on fresh, New Orleans French Bread. Shrimp are a good size. Friendly, helpful staff. My friend and I ate outside and enjoyed the gentle fountains and fresh air.
