They have messed up orders and I even got a chicken sandwich without a chicken patty twice. I just think they need to pay attention in the back. The staff is nice and if a mistake is brought to their attention they fix it. They need to do better at cleaning their machines so people can have mocha frappes and ice cream.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms D at this location! Her customer service FAR outshines that of even corporate! (Yes, that's right!) I called countless stores, store owners, and even corporate and never got anywhere regarding my issue. Ms D helped me out from the minute we spoke on the phone! She is a true gem in today's customer service field, and I appreciate her help and kindness more than she may realize. I am forever grateful.
