The morning staff is always very friendly and polite, but the orange juice always tastes like water with a little bit of orange juice with it. I mentioned it on the second occurrence, and the worker indicated that they knew about the problem. I said, yes, but you're still selling it anyway? It's been three times in a row now, so it's not a coincidence. It's not like that at other locations, so it gives the appearance that someone is cutting it with water and hoping no one will notice until long after they've driven off and it's too late to change.

The lady manager that works here is so friendly and seems to run a tight ship. During the busy lunch hour, she motivated her employees to complete orders. It's always a plus when someone calls me "baby".

It's not that good it cost a lot you have to wait a long time if you go inside it's like going to a zoo you may or may not get your food and the atmosphere is always chaotic sometimes I want to go to McDonald's and not hear about someone's baby mama drama

The staff is RUDE!!! This will be the last time I go to this location. If I could give them a zero, I would. Because they didn't ask what sauce I wanted with my kids' meals, they didn't give me any. Fine. They very rudely told me they would charge me for it when I asked for some after telling them my kids didn't have any with the meals. Then the woman rolled her eyes at me when I said I didn't want any. At no point in this was I rude, but they all had attitudes. Seriously, replace this staff with robots. It would only make the experience better.

Fries were amazing as always but they didn’t give me extra salt as requested and one of my McCrispy burgers were very hard and toward the middle I was literally removing a block of inedible chicken… ruined my appetite. Will NOT be coming here

I used the mobile app to place an order for one plain kids' hamburger happpy meal, no onions, no pickles, no mustard, no ketchup with fries and apple slices, and one order of medium fries ... however, they apparently can not understand what no means as the burger had everything on it, and I received no apple slices... thank goodness my kid isn't allergic to anything but just a picky kid who was disappointed ?

I get to the drive through 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE, almost no line, wait 8 minutes then drive around for the lady to tell me they’re closing early, my question is why did y’all make me wait in the drive though until I pulled around!?!?!?!?!?!?!? BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! can y’all atleast act like y’all care about your customers like all the other McDonald’s??????? it’s late at night and my kids need to eat, how inconsiderate can y’all be? The treatment y’all gave me tonight was so unfair. y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. The young black lady and the bigger white guy need to be reprimanded if this is how they treat your customers.PS, I just took a better look at the reviews and I honestly don’t think that there is a problem with the employees that many bad reviews management has definitely failed This location, just all-around what a shame……
