Every time I go there it always seems to be something. Order always seems to be wrong and have to call about it or my last visit to this location found bones in chicken nuggets....always have to pull into a spot to wait for fries...who runs out of fries at a place like McDonald's??? Now no more nuggets and have to slow the line up if I get my food at the window to make sure it is all there as well as I ordered it. So to everyone behind me please be patient as I check my order and you should do the same. Hope this helps others!
It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone actually put my added whipped cream on my caramel macchiato and I just wanna say thank you! I wish I had names to recognize but everyone was so nice and really seemed to be having a good day!

Was never asked to make a donation to RMCH but when I look at the charge to my card and my receipt a roundup donation was made without my consent or knowledge this is an illegal practice I respect what RMCH does but cannot afford to donate like this especially without even knowing I donated. Retrain you staff mcdonalds so this doesn't happen again.

This is the worst experience I have had from this location. I typically choose this location over others, not anymore. I came to get myself a cheeseburger and I ordered it with extra ketchup and extra onions like always. I’ve never had any problems ordering it like this in the past. I don’t know if someone was having a bad day or they thought it was funny, but the amount of onions that was put on my sandwich was literally inedible, wasteful, and disrespectful. The onions were literally covering the inside and outside of the burger and were all over the wrapper because there was so many. I could not even eat this sandwich. I tried to call the store to see if they would be willing to remake it or credit me in some way but they refuse to answer the phone. This was just distasteful and I will not be coming to this location again.

The manager on duty today was terribly rude. We asked for an extra cup for our kids ice cream and spoon, she didn’t like the request. Once receiving the cup we noticed the lid was not attached to it as well and she decided while the window was still open to raise her voice and say ‘OMG’. We go to this location multiple times a week and never had bad service until today. Do better McDonalds with your employees, especially those who are managers.

I live in South Texas and am used to southern hospitality. Lafayette is one of my favorite places to visit because of the people. Went through the drive-thru and I am used to saying honey and dear myself. But the woman who handed me my breakfast made me feel so special and made me love Lafayette even more when she said “Here you go my love. Have a great day!” What is there not to love about this place? Food was hot and ready to eat! Quick service! Thanks! I’ll be back!

Do not use the self-serve kiosks. There was no one at the register when i walked in, so i went to the self serve. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, which were charged to my citi card. It gave me a blank receipt. When I told them this, they said they always give black receipts. Then I saw a family that came after me, but ordered from the register, get served. I asked about my food and there were no orders for 2 cheeseburgers. I had been waiting around for 10 minutes at this point and was already border line on getting back to work. I had no receipt to get a refund with. I did confirm the charge on my citi card later. I will have to dispute the charge once it posts. Just frustrating because they have clearly known about the problem but continue to leave them in operation.

Ordered a Mcmuffin with no cheese or eggs got home it's a mcgridle with cheese & eggs...smh all young adults at service window with no traffic for the windows as there was one person in front already being served & another car came behind me as my order was being paid for and the mcgriddle combo cost $8.34 but on an up side they got the order right on the display board for customers to verify the accuracy so this doesn't happen when they get home smh...
