Two days ago I ordered a qpc from the lobby, someone had turned the menu off but the restaurant was obviously well open, a member of management was asking the worker why the tv was off. After ordering a qpc i went to snack at the car since the lobby was closing(my nana car atm). I grubbed for about 25minutes as a chatted to guests on BigoLive about the economy and the working class pay structure that disenfranchises economic mobility. i chatted about guitar center having not hired me for a standing job because im over-qualified yet i should still be offered a schedule. Even if someone has more credentials and app is still to be on a schedule. at about half an hour i start to eat my then sorta cold fries. I had a large fries. Midway into the fries I noticed the fries were overcooked, and dark yellow, and crunchy too, and was probably the old fries given at the end of the night. I went to the lobby and chatted to the worker at the door who was confused that i had eaten more than half moy fries cuz i was hungry, was my first meal of the day, and that I wouldn’t want to waste the food, so that i wanted a cookie as a complimentary to the old overcooked fries, the worker debated with me that I had eaten most of the fries and that I should have brought the fries back immediately. So that they could’ve given me more fries for the old fries they had given me? That doesn’t make sense. They would’ve either given new fries, taken the old ones and threw them out, yet, I paid for the fries so of course I ate more than half before showing the worker the fries was old and overcooked, the worker then locked the door and a coworker next to her started to laugh and giggle. I threw the fries at the window and left. don’t go to that McDonald’s during the night shift, the workers aren’t up to standards. They probably don’t believe their pay can compensate when they give bad service.

There is only one McDonald's that isn't incompetent. The one on Pinhook. All the rest make you wait in pickup for one hamburger. No combo, just a burger. This is sad. No line, it's 330 this time.

Wish I could leave a 0 star for service and atmosphere for this place. Also wish I could have taken a picture before leaving. The counters in front and to get drinks were disgusting. Liquid everywhere, there was gum on the counter. Two of the lady workers were just sitting and laughing eating. One lady before us had to get one to give them kids chocolate milk which they had been waiting for 15 minutes. We were not there that long but poor guy who brought us food looked miserable. There were no cups or straws either. Asked the same lady why my in laws didn’t get a receipt all she said in attitude was “oh you don’t get one” yet on the other side we got a receipt. Why pay people 15$ plus dollars to work here when it is disgusting. Go back to working at the counter and work on your customer service. McDonald’s seems to go way more down hill as the year goes by.

Always a pleasant experience when you go to McDonald'
I showed up, unannounced, with a bus of hungry boys varsity soccer players and this McDonald's was more than accommodating. They got every single order correct and got the food out extremely fast and orderly. Great job to the manager and her crew that night! Super friendly and professional! Thank you!
