I haven’t been to the old location, but was told there’s a location in Lafayette. I decided to visit the store 2 other times prior to yesterday (Jan.5, 2024) and the service was still the same from the first time, horrible. I watched the ladies interaction with the line of other customers, and it seemed as though the customers are a bothersome instead of a happy invitation to be visiting the place of BUSINESS! First time I visited, it was no greetings nor welcoming from any team member. I walked to the counter and waited for acknowledgment, but didn’t get it. I let it slide bc I was thinking maybe there was something stressful that may have happened prior to me entering. The second time, I place an order for a birthday cake online. I went in the store to pickup the cake (around the Thanksgiving holiday) and one of the team members was nonchalant about the order, almost to the point I didn’t think it was completed. I got my order then and vowed I wouldn’t go there again, but did…on yesterday. Still it was the same environment. No greetings, no thank you, no how can I help you, no small talk, no nothing!!! Why should I or anyone else continue to support a franchise business who could care less about the value of their customers they choose to serve. I will never go back, I’ll encourage my family to spend their money elsewhere too!The reason for my 2 stars, is because it a franchise and the products are the same from state to state. I have traveled to 48 states and where there’s a Nothing Bundt Cakes, I’ve stopped. Treating oneself or others supposed to be joyfully energized by staff! The place should represent happiness and excitement, not anger and frustration. This definitely makes the enjoy of the product taste horrible when it shouldn’t have to.Atmosphere was a 1 star simply because of the cleanliness and design, not bc of the feeling.No stars for service! Service consists of multiple things. Quality, reliability, respect, leading by example approaches (from management), etc. This is clear to me that management/owners may be the same or just don’t care/encourage staff.

Actually 0 in rating. I went in, told the girl I wanted the Birthday party package which should have been $37.50 but ended up being $73.20. They Assumed wrong. Any way to get more money in their pocket and out of yours. Watch the transactions out there!

I sent my younger sister money to get a cake for her birthday. She was told the vanilla flavored cakes would not be available until January. The red velvet cake had chocolate chips and only 3 other flavors were available. Even when she tried to pre order ahead of time, she was told they only had certain flavors. I was very disappointed the store in Sugarland, Tx is awesome. They always have a variety of at least 13 flavors available. This location really let me down concerning my sister's birthday cake.

I’ve been to the old location multiple times & the service was horrible, said I would not go again. BUT, since the cakes are so good, I decided to try the new location today….Olivia & the AA (I didn’t get her name) both we welcoming & made conversation with me - the other 4 never even stopped their school girl conversation in the corner. Those 4 need to take some lessons from the other 2. Not sure if I’ll continue going - there’s lots of other sweet shops in town where service is MUCH better.

I bought a small-medium cake for 30 dollars and asked a bag to carry. They said I need to buy 3 cakes for the to give me a bag.In the glass there was a flower on top of the cake but they removed it after I bought and asked for extra 12 dollars for it.i said it is ridiculous not to give even a bag to carry for a price like this. The lady working there told me “I know”Not worth it at all.

When you walk in no one has ever greeted me. The young girl with the orange hair just looks at you when you walk in. She never says a word. If you ask her something, she reluctantly will respond. I paid for my purchase then left. No "thanks for stopping in" or anything. I guess since no greeting upon arrival, you get the same treatment on your way out. Again, NOT BUSINESS FRIENDLY! Cake is good though, but I will not return to spend my money there again based on their bad customer service.
The taste is so delectable! I love that new flavors are added regularly. Great product!!

The store is great and the cakes are delicious, but the customer service today was lacking. Two female workers were rude enough for a 12 yr old boy to make a comment about their attitudes when we left.
