I started the unlimited sip club. I have been going through the drive thru for two weeks now. And I have not been welcomed or gotten the right order. For a coffee it takes them five minutes to just say here. Today I ordered a bagel, the cinnamon one and I have received the cheese one in another bag. I'm not going back. If they can't get their store in order or have customer service. I'm going back to my mom n pop.

Do not order ahead using their pickup drive thru. 45 minute wait time for 1 salad with cars backed up waiting for their orders. Panera, get a better system bc this one SUCKS.First and last time doing this.

I had the sausage, egg and cheese on the asiago cheese bagel with a little bit of Chipotle ayola sauce and it was wonderful, and then for my drink. I had the caramel frozen ice coffee delicious.

I can see why this location has a 3 star rating. They cant even get a simple order right. Went to order 2 kids turkey sandwitches. And i told them twice that i needed 2 KIDS TURKEY sanwitches. I got to my house which is a 20 min drive. Opened the bag and they only had 1 turkey sandwitch and one yogurt. After i told them specifically 2 TURKEY SANDWITCHES. I shouldnt have to check the bag before i drive off. The person handing the bag to the customer should check it before they hand it off.

About a week ago, I went there on a whim for the first time in many years. A few cars were in the drive-through like usual, and the parking lot had some cars in it. I assumed the place would be a little lively when I walked in, but the atmosphere inside was strange. The lighting was dim, and the customers sitting at tables seemed oddly subdued. The counter area was empty. It was dinnertime, but no one was manning the registers. I was at the counter for several minutes, waiting to place my order. One staff member came up to the register without looking at me, entered something and then hurried away; I'm guessing she was clocking in and didn't work on the register. But while a couple staff were in sight working in the kitchen, no one acknowledged me or said they'd be out in a minute. The kitchen seemed busy, but if they were filling orders, it must have been for online orders or drive-through orders. I found the menu a little confusing (there was a "Pick 2" option for sandwiches, but I couldn't figure out if the price listed covered both sandwiches or only one of the sandwiches). I ended up leaving without ordering anything. I guess I should have used the drive-through.

This was just a dumb experience. I ordered a simple sandwich with no tomatoes. I am allergic. It came with tomatoes. Had to go back and get a new sandwich…which was also made wrong. So I wasted my lunch break and my money. Not worth it anymore.

Absolute atrocious DO NOT EAT THERE EXTREMELY UNSANITARY. I worked there briefly and witnessed employees spitting in the food as well as picking up dropped food stuff and serving it. I also witnessed employees serving expired meats and cheeses. They do not wash their hands and insist on employees working a d serving food while sick. Completely disgusting.
