Great business with good food. I shared an experience of getting a not so great sandwich with the cooks and they made it right by offering me a fresh and free sandwich. It's the principle that matters most some times, I highly recommend this business

Ordered five (5) sacks of crawfish for our Easter crawfish boil Saturday. Told that the size of crawfish were medium to large. Picked up the sacks Saturday,about noon, opened the first sack after I got home, there was not a crawfish larger than my thumb in the whole sack! After inspecting the remaining sacks, we found that they were all small to tiny. Called Pepin's and was told to bring them back which we did. We exchanged all of the sacks for not much larger crawfish. I'm very disappointed that the crawfish were so small, very dirty, and I was told that they would be medium to large size.At $100.00 per sack × 5 = $500.00, they really got over on me.Buyer BEWARE❗️I DO NOT recommend that you purchase crawfish from Pepin's.Sir,I just read your response to my review.I DID NOT give you one (1) star, you earned it!I have always posted my honest experience at different establishments that I have visited and never lied about any of them, however, you, on the other hand, have lied.1. You lied to me about the size of your crawfish.2. You lied about the hand selected sacks.3. You lied about offering me a free sack of crawfish.4. You lied about the price that you charged me for the crawfish.If, in fact, you feel that you charged me $250.00 instead of the $500.00, that I actuality paid you, & offered me a free sack of crawfish, I'll drop by Monday and collect my $250.00 & the free sack of crawfish (I need some small crawfish to set my catfish trot lines with).You, sir, appear to be a pathological lier.

Picked up the crawfish and as we opened the first sack found that they were very small, after inspecting the remaining sacks, found all were not larger than my thumb! Called back, told them of our dissatisfaction on the small size of crawfish and they suggested we bring them back, we returned the sacks and they replaced them with slightly larger, mixed crawfish, but still very small crawfish and very dirty, washed each sack 4 times to remove mud and debris. At $100.00 per sack, I DO NOT recommend purchasing your crawfish from them.

Had a great night with my parents eating crawfish. If you want good crawfish this is the place to go. If you like crawfish with a good amount of spice go here. The spicy crawfish is seasoned perfectly. Plus the staff is very attentive and nice.

Got 10 lbs of crawfish, to feed my son, and i .... we slways keep the mushy ones to freeze and add to crab dip, bc why not so we save them in a separare bowl well we had more mushy unedibpe crawfish than we had editable ones that i brought them to my neighbor who sells live crawfish and 5.8 lbs of crawfish out of 10lbs were unedible so no i would not waste money at this place again, sad part is this used to be my sunday after church spot now i wont even get any food there, they know what they are doing ..... boiling dead crawfish, or frozen which is a complete scam, chinese buffett crawfish in Lafayette are better than that smh the things businesses do for an extra buck smh.. needless to say after spending 40 bucks i had to still go get some somewhere else so it did not save me money wasting it here, !

The best crawfish I’ve had at a restaurant. The crawfish were large and seasoned to perfection. The water was seasoned and they did not sprinkle crawfish boil on the crawfish. This will be my go to spot for crawfish.

Cuban Sandwhich: Delicious! It's juicy and flavorful. Hot and freshly melted cheese with a crisp pickle. Needed a little more mustard for me personally but it was delicious nonetheless. Purchased a bag of chips and a bottle of water for a total of $15.48. A bit pricey when you see $2.00 for a snack size 1 1/2oz of chips. But the sandwich was worth every cent! Everyone was nice and friendly. The shelves in the grocery store were a bit bare. Not many options to choose from. And inside appearance felt old and dusty. It's just one of those places you must try. I've heard the burgers and hotdogs here are great as-well. Love the out door seating!!!!

Their customer service is amazing! They definitely made sure we had everything we needed! Crawfish was amazing and they were huge and easy peel! I definitely recommend that you give them a try! My husband and I made it a date sitting outside on their deck enjoying our crawfish
It’s just not a Cubano. It’s roast beef with a little bit oh ham and cheese and the roast beef tasted like it was just about to turn. The bread wasn’t cubano bread either. There just isn’t a good Cuban place in town.

If Mr.Pepin is there, he has the best customer service! Friendly, but most importantly, he loves reaching out to help the community. He provide great advice to the children and reward them when the bring in great grades on their report cards!

I was kinda hoping to find more Cuban entrees besides the Cuban sandwich. I just settled on a spicy brisket sandwich with sweet plantains. It was a lovely meal even though the cashier seemed unsure as to how pricing went and overcharged me. I really enjoyed the patio seating although I am not sure why they don't let patrons drink on the patio. It looks like it made for a party!

The Cubano sandwich here is a top notch! One of the best I've had. We arrived after the kitchen had closed but there was one sandwich left sitting in the warmer. I was hesitant since I really wanted to try a fresh one, but I was not disappointed! I will be back to try a fresh one in the very near future!!
