I have been an active customer here for seven years. I love the pizza, it always tastes amazing and they have a large and inclusive selection of toppings, which is the sole reason I kept going back despite the fact that the customer service has absolutely tanked over the years. I used to be greeted by a friendly crew who seemed to love what they do. The workers enjoyed building rapport with customers and always had a smile on their face. Now every time I go in, I leave with such a bad taste in my mouth and ask myself why I continue to put my hard earned dollars into a place that treats me so poorly every time I walk through the door. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been greeted when walking in. The staff has a sour attitude literally every single time I am in there. The pizza is great, but the customer service is so poor it ruins the enjoyment of my meal.

Sooooooo GOOODDDDDDD!!!! I LOVEEEEEE how I can get 8 toppings on my little personal pizza for like $10 pretty much! The service is always great and as quick as they can be as possible! The vibe there is really nice, I love the music they play and how we can watch tv while eating! Always clean also and love how you can fix your own beer as well even though I don't drink that lol

Me and my boyfriend came on a Tuesday for the Bogo deal on the pizzas. Ordered a Philly steak along with the Mediterranean veggie . Ordering the food was quick along with receiving everything so service was good. We got the hot honey sauce to try which was delicious and had to get a beer . The restaurant was very clean and nice .

The customer service I received from the CFO of Pizza Artista renewed my faith in customer service. I thought I knew what customer service looked like until I met CM. She took the bull by the horns and worked out my problem for me (twice). She was fearless. And I could tell she had a smile on her face the whole time. By the way, I live in Arkansas but my son-in-law loves their pizza. So, stop by and have a slice or three. I plan to stop by the next time we visit Louisiana.

I'd love to say how great the pizza was but the Door Dash driver thought putting my food on the floor and not bothering to knock. The one star is only because they don't have negative stars. What kind of person puts food on the floor. Unfortunately when I called the pizza artista people (after reading on the website that they want to make it right if there is a problem) who informed me that it was too close to closing to do anything and that my hot pizza on the floor was't their problem. If they aren't concerned about their product being left on the floor it makes me wonder what they do when product ends up on the kitchen floor. Last I checked the 3 second rule doesn't apply if you run a sanitary store. Or does the floor add that special something to their pizza that reputable restaurants are missing out on by keeping their food off the floor? Add poor customer service and I'm still left with no dinner. And of course, everything else was pretty much closed. I guess since we're just visitors in a hotel they aren't concerned about repeat business. Thanks for yucking my yum.
