Restaurant was really slow. Had to wait a very long wait for a 16 piece to come out. Order was wrong, red beans and rice was hard dried out, chicken was cold…for real.

I came in today with my family. We were a party of six. As soon as we enter the doors, everyone welcome us with smiling faces. As we were looking at the menu I couldn’t help but to watch the young lady in the black shirt. The way that she was taking orders for the front counter and drive-through at the same time and being able to Multitask very well. We literally stood back and watch her fix 6 different orders back to back and The way that she upsell on every order was amazing. She was very pleasant, sweet and very nice. That’s what you call speed of service and hospitality. My order was over $80 and it was well worth it everything was fresh and hot. She made sure that we did not want for anything. Thank you, Ms E we will be back! And thank you for making my son’s birthday Something to Remember. He can’t stop talking about the five dollars you gave him lol. We hope you enjoy your tip. Majority of the time I'm met with great smiles and the staff there are very nice, but everytime I enter the drive through it always takes 15-20 min and something is always missing in my order. For some reason it's always the sauce! And the sauce is one of the best parts! I hope they improve thier timing and completing orders, otherwise this place is great.
