I ordered a family combo and they took bad care of the food. He gave it to me. I asked for a side of coslaw and he gave it to me in the middle. I asked him for sauces and he gave me terrible attention.

Beware, both me and my son got severe diarrhea after eating here. The restaurant smelled of old grease, the place was dirty and the service was horrible. They acted like we were an imposition for them and the guy running the register looked like he just crawled out of a dirty hole.

The wait for anything on the menu is ridiculous. Three separate occasions, lunch and dinner time. I was asked to wait in the parking lot for the food. 10 minutes for a sandwich at lunch time. 20 minutes for a sandwich and nuggets at dinner time. And finally 30 minutes for nuggets at dinner time.To clarify, there were few other customers during these times. Just poor planing, management, and poor execution.Furthermore, the drive through speaker-microphone situation is horrible. Like something out of a comedy horrible.
Horrible service, ordered 9 tenders, 2pcs and 3 sides, was asked to park in lot while tenders were on hold. After 30mins they asked for a copy of my receipt and had to wait on order longer. This quick trip for chicken turned out a MISTAKE. Will look at other choices in the future.
