First off I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich, they gave me 1 spicy chicken sandwich and the other was just a regular chicken sandwich. And then I also ordered 12 pc family chicken meals, they didn’t had no legs in the box and they gave us small pieces of wings instead. And this is not the first time that they messed up my order but I decided to give them 1 more chance and they blew it I will not be eating here no more. If I want Popeyes I should have just went to the Popeyes on ambassador. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO AT THIS LOCATION!!

I came here today, because I was craving fried chicken. I don't usually eat Popeyes, but when I do, I usually go here or the one on Ambassador and Verot. I had a 4-piece dark with cajun fries and a biscuit. Food was good, and the service was wonderful and prompt, because I was starving. I will come back to this location if I'm ever on this side of town.

Stopped in at the Popeye's at 6808 Johnston St. Asked for 2 2PC combo...Dark meat on one as my grandfather has dementia and chokes on chicken breast and a wing and a thigh on the other for my grandmother. I live 30 miles away and when I checked it, both contained a chicken breast and a drumstick--not what I asked for. The other thing that happened was part of the order was missing and I had to go back to the counter and ask for the missing items.

Ordered and had to repeat myself several times and still got the wrong drink! They also told me to up off to the side and wait for 10 minutes. Ha ha what a joke!! I waited nearly 25-30 minutes and I had to go in and get my food!!

This place has the worst services of any place in Lafayette. It sucks because I work 2 minutes away and love the chicken sandwich, when I go I only order the sandwich no fries or drink. Usually I have to drive up and wait. This last time I went at 1:30pm only (2) cars in line ordered a sandwich. Was told to pull over to side with the other car, I waited 25 minutes for (1) sandwich I would have driven away but I already paid. I will try to stay away.
