This time I had the cheeseburger potato. I have been eating at the Potato Place for over 12 years. I used to work at the iPhone shop a few doors down and it was a great spot to get a good lunch. The potatoes are always enormous, and the toppings are always More than enough. So the cheeseburger potato I get it with extra liquid cheese, extra tomatoes, and an extra side of jalapeños.They also give you packets of Tony’s if you want to spice it up a little bit. I ate 3/4 of it which is quite a lot and it was just as delicious as it was 10 years ago. I’m so thankful for the consistency that they have carried over these years. Some people are not happy but most people are and I’ll be wanting to tell you my 12 years of experience here I have only had one potato out of possibly 100 or more I wasn’t 100% satisfied with.They always show you your potato before you leave to make sure it’s exactly what you order and they do their best to customize it just the way you want. Thank you Eric for keeping it simple and delicious and I pray that your business continues to thrive. I knew all the owners before you hopefully I’ll get to come in and meet you one day. Also, they have some new things on the menu.I look forward to trying, but for me, the cheeseburger potato, the steak fajita potato, Barbecue potato with that delicious sweet barbecue sauce, and of course, broccoli and cheese potato. These were my favorites and like I said, you can salt it you can it you can jalapeño it, and I even sometimes like to throw Sriracha on it.P.S.even though prices are going up everywhere these potatoes are well worth it. I’m just a regular customer and also I’m a paraplegic so the accessibility in the parking lot and how friendly the staff is and helping assist always makes the visit pleasant and worthwhile. Thank y’all again and keep up the good work.Oh, and they sell gift cards too lol I’ll take two hahaWheelchair accessibility: I am a paraplegic and I have been eating here for years. I've been coming to potato place for oh gosh 10 years or longer now and must say that it is as fabulous as ever. You know, I've known most of the crew for years and the things that have never changed are how friendly they are, and how wonderful the potatoes taste. I usually get the plain stuffed and the broccoli cheese potato--which by the way is amazing. Other faves are the Mexican potato and cheeseburger. Even though the times have changed and the place has expanded, the food has remained as awesome as ever.
Second time arriving at this place, I like the staff here I tried the shrimp and cheese loaded potato with sour cream and bacon bits. For the price of 14.99 it wasn't bad but I wasn't crazy about the cheese on it. I think that I would try the shredded cheese next time on the potato. I will return soon!

Very disappointed potato was dry didn't get my mexican sauce. Same thing happened Friday night. I visit this place regularly but I will not return for dinner service was super slow I never wait 20 minutes for my foodGirl had no help she was fixing potatoes out the microwave. Which I should have canceled my order. Crawfish potatoHardly no tails. If decide to return I'll visit during lunch where service is faster and the potatoes are fresh

Horrible!!!!! Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 plates of shrimp Alfredo. Let’s start off with the price, 37.00 for the most bland pasta ever! Went back to get a full refund and the guy told me they don’t do refunds. No where in the building does it say that!! Also he told me that it’s a popular food item so no one ever complains… it had no taste what so ever. The guy didn’t care about that, he told me that’s like going to different restaurants and trying out the whole menu because what I ordered wasn’t good. He refused to exchange my food out for something worth the amount I paid. He tried giving us a chicken wrap and a plain potato…. Smh I wouldn’t recommend not even a homeless person to eat at this carless food establishment. They have no courtesy for their customers especially with inflation. People do not have money to be throwing down the drain. Now that’s 37.00 out of my pocket for nothing.
