Great location and beautifully decorated restaurant. Food was delicious and service was excellent.But the way I rate Japanese restaurants is how they serve green tea. If they give a tea bag it speaks to their attention to details. This green tea was served brewed delicious without a tea bag. But what set this place apart is that they served delicious honey and lemon with the tea. This was a 1st for me.The only negative I can think of is that the place was excessively noisy.Highly recommended

not sure why it took me so long to go but i loved everything about the experience! we sat at the bar and ordered so many things because we couldn't decide and were pleasantly pleased with everything and we still wanted more, and they took care of my crazy food allergy!

If I could put zero stars, I absolutely would. Had an absolutely awful experience at this Rock n Sake, took my 16 year old daughter here for her birthday, and the sushi chef on the line continually made uncomfortable comments towards her and stared at her throughout our dinner, despite MANY glaring glances from myself and her father. My daughter barely looks 16, much less old enough for this creep to be bothering, ON HER BIRTHDAY. Unsure of his name, but he was maybe 5 foot tall and looked of mixed ethnicity. Underage girls, be extremely careful around this person, the management and himself very obviously do not care at all about the safety and comfortability of their patrons.

Average experience here. The place was very nice aesthetically, but service was on the slower side & it is also kind of pricey. The yaki soba was my favorite part of the entire meal! In my opinion, a lot of the sushi rolls were similar in their components, though they were all pretty nice to look at. The delaRoll was actually quite spicy - and I was not prepared for that. Flavor wasn't bad, but a little too spicy for me. The volcano roll was a much better roll in my opinion. The mini baked salmon bites seemed like they lacked some flavor. Overall, not terrible.

The space was lovely. The staff were kind, efficient, quick and attentive. The time it took for the food to be prepared was longer than usually for a Sushi Bar. It was not overly busy but maybe they were short staffed.For our family, the food was bland and textures were kinda off. The people we were with seemed to enjoy their food and drinks. However what they shared with me was bland and seemed off textured.The tempura ice cream has a weird taste and texture that did not seem like what we are used to when ordering that dessert. It made me think of cornflakes with tempura batter:-\ The amount of ice cream was massive which is the opposite of the portion sizes for the rolls.The Pork Belly Ramen Soup was a nice size.Wish the food was as awesome as the staff.My family will not go back but other people seemed to like the food.To each their own.
