Always a great experience here at this Subway location. Had a curbside pickup yesterday and the ladies here were trying to take a break but hurried to get my order to me. It is really appreciated to see great customer service. Always fresh food here too.

My wife and I come in at 9pm. Store closes at 9:30pm. No typical greeting, just a solemn comment that they close in 25 minutes and the customer she is helping is the last customer. You don’t close for another 30 MINUTES! You could not take 2 more orders?! Why don’t you close at 9pm then?! That way, you can turn customers away at 8:30pm! All ingredients were still displayed, but yet you turned away 2 hungry customers for whatever reason. Thank you for your “great customer service”!

I went to this place months ago and one of the employees touches a soda fountain where a person coughed on. Then place there hands on a trash can and finally was fixing my food all while wearing the plastic gloves. I left as I was very upset. I'm not angary at the one coughing. the service person should of known better and clean the soda fountain and change there gloves.

This is my favorite Subway location in Lafayette. I will drive all the way across town just to come to this store. The employees are so friendly and always greet you warmly when you walk in. Nicole is top notch. She always greets me by name when I walk in. I recently ordered my sandwich differently than I normally do and she took the time to call me to make sure my order was correct. I appreciated that so much.
