I went to pick up my online order and was told that the cook didn't know how to make over easy eggs! All he could make was scrambled, no one called me to say anything, they said they didn't have a phone! What kind of breakfast place can't make over easy eggs? Pathetic!!!!!!!!

I don’t know what happened to this location. It used to be fantastic.My husband went in to pick up a to-go order. First, the app sucks. It’s very limited, so he placed the order at the restaurant instead. We each ordered a cheese omelette. What we got was fried eggs with a slice of cheese thrown in the middle. I ordered my bacon extra, extra well (crispy). I got floppy, half-cooked bacon. We both ordered our hash browns scattered & covered (which has always meant scattered on the griddle while cooking & covered means to add cheese). For some reason, they added onions to both of them. And I don’t mean a few pieces just fell in… a BUNCH of onions!!I’m not sure why things have changed so drastically here lately, but it hasn’t changed for the better. It’s very disappointing because our family used to love this location.

Never got to eat here. We sat in a booth for 20 minutes without even an acknowledgment of our presence. A server took the order of the people in the booth behind us and walked away. Then another customer sat in the booth behind them, and the server took their order.. still without acknowledging our presence. A customer was waiting to pay his bill, and the cashier ignored him for 15 minutes. He finally gave up and left without paying his bill. We left as well. I would not go there again, even if it was all you could eat for free.

Service was poor, bathrooms were nasty, my Plat had hair in it . Did not tell waitress. Just stopped eating, paid & left . Worst waffle hours we have ever been too. Will not stop at this location ever again.
