The food was delicious and the service was beyond exceptional! Both the waitress (Diana) and the grill chef who cooked our food (LJ) were extremely friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend eating here with the family. They were absolutely wonderful and really added to a pleasant experience.

Staff is amazing. Food was delicious and prepared perfectly, even with our special orders. Requests were promptly presented. Employees were also very entertaining. Loved the experience. We had waited at Cracker Barrel for our table for more than 45 minutes after we were told it would only be 30 minutes. After we paid our bill at Waffle House, our table was ready at Cracker Barrel!

the same thing always happens! on weekends at breakfast time there are few employees to serve and attend to the customer. Worst of all, they keep you waiting and they can't even look at you and tell you to wait a moment. or at least ask if you want to eat there or take away. Why doesn't the manager of the place take care of having more employees at times when people crowd? It's a shame and a pity because their food is delicious. but the staff that work there are mostly not. I do not recommend going at all. better go to other places where customers are treated better.

Waited 30 min at cracker barrel.. got nothing..went to waffle house and got a meal for half thr price, with friendlier staff and better scratch cooking.
