Bad customer service, I always thank associates when working at retail stores and working in sales. And, not one time did they thank me back at Wendy's. It just seemed like not one of them wanted to go to work, and rather talk amongst themselves than give good customer service.

The service was horrible!! The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The food was cold. I asked for no ice so the manager took the drinks to the back took the ice out with something than came back and added a little more of the drinks that was ordered. She wasn't friendly didn't great us , she didn't say one word to us. After spending $47.00 there I wish I would have spend my money somewhere else.

Hooray for Wendy's. I ordered a bacon biscuit and you didn"t have to look for the bacon. It was over the edge of the biscuit and the seasoned potato wedges are good. Wendy's deserves a big hooray for the free food they are helping out with.

I was very impressed with Wendy's crispy chicken breast sandwich. I have to say this all I will EVER get for now on when I eat here. I'm a very picky eater and everything always has to be plain, it's hard for something to taste this good plain to a lot of people especially if the food is dry. My crispy chicken sandwich might of been plain, but, was juicy and full of flavor. Yummmmy. 5 stars for this Wendy's experience. I'll be back.
