RUDE cashier seemed like I was bothering her. She didn't give or offer my receipt, had to grab it myself from the printer after she walked away. Baconator only had 3 small pieces of bacon that could only be seen by lifting the top bun. Soda machine had something red sprayed inside the drink dispenser area. Table top was sticky. Was over $1 more than another Wendy's location on the same street two days prior. Looks like $10 an hour isn't working out! HORRIBLE! ! !

Purchased Apple Pecan Salad today. This is my go to salad every time. This is the first time I have ever received a salad that had browning lettuce and mushy apples. This location leaves a lot to be desired. It is unkempt and not the most pleasant place to eat. It is unfortunate that this is the closest location to me. I guess I’ll have to drive a few additional miles to receive a better experience!

We ordered a frosty and it was watery. When asking the employee why it was water down she was rude and slammed the window and it swung back open. When asking for a refund she got irritated and kept slamming the window. She cursed and said the customerswere getting on her nerves. This was the worst experience nothing got resolved. We will not be back.

In the past 2 weeks I have been to this. Wendy's 3 times to buy food for my family..... Every time They get the order wrong, and the food is cold, not even warm. I've lived near and ate at this Wendy's for 20+ years, so why now are they letting the little things go?!? What gives guys?!? Please do better or you'll keep getting these bad reviews. TXS

Well, food was ok. I enjoy eating hot food. Everything was semi warm. If I wasn't in this long black Friday line waiting to pick up my order, I would have returned my food. I don't understand how a fast food restaurant can give customers cold food. They wouldn't accept it from another fast food chain, so why give it. When a paying customer pulls up and orders food, we're expecting our order to be correct and our food to be fresh and hot, especially if we hadn't eaten all day.

I ordered a large fry and 10 piece nuggets. I get a large sprite and told the woman at the window I wanted a large fry not sprite. The women decided to yell at me and argue. i stay calm and repeated i wanted a large fry. would not go to this location again.

If I could give this a -10 I would. I got two baconators and both had like 3 pieces of bacon and it was raw. I went back to have them fix and the lady was rude and gave me a refund only for the burgers and not the meals. I will not be going back here

Went into the drive-thru waiting about 15mins after being told they would walk out my order. I did not get my large fries. Kept calling several times with no answer. Went back to this location told them I didn't get my large fries and it was questioned then the woman remember they didn't pack my fries because I had a potato and charged me for both. Mind you, I went home after picking up my order to find missing fries, the associates acted as though I was lying about it at first, came back home to the rest of my food cold. To top it off I asked for sweet and sour sauce with my large fry and received only 1 pack. I will never go back to Wendy's again. I never received an apology nor the food that I had purchased that was still with me replaced.
