Great place to get frozen yogurt. They have great flavors, staff was friendly, toppings are plentiful, the atmosphere is upbeat and clean for the most part, and prices are reasonable.My only complaints personally is the size of the business, and I wish there were more locations that are accessible in different parts of the city. Smelled overwhelmingly like bleach or some other strong scented cleaner; so much so that even the children in our party noticed complained. Flavor selection wasn't great. Service was lackluster and the tip prompt was really overkill for the fact that they do absolutely nothing to help you. Why should they get the same percent as a restaurant server who waits on you hand and foot AND receives lower wages? Not impressed.

I was going every week to get yogurt for my husband & I. Ran out of hot fudge last year & employees said that they don't know when it will show up. I messaged company through the app a month or so ago but still none. Now they have been out of the Oreo Cookies for 3 weeks so no reason to go back.
