Came here early one morning to grab a quick donut and coffee. Got some chocolate milk, that was not good. It was spoiled, the coffee was cool, have mute the wrong donuts. The place was not that busy. Kind of hot and miss getting what you need.

I do not recommend going to this Dunkin' Donuts location. I stopped in Lake Charles while evacuating for Hurricane Ida and was excited to see there was a Dunkin' here because it's one of my favorites. However, the experience was anything but great. We got three iced coffees and they tasted, as my friends described them, "like cigarette ashes", so they were completely unenjoyable. Their iced water tasted chlorinated and I assumed it would be free since other coffee shops like Starbucks, CC's, and PJ's are free, but it cost $1 which was unexpected and disappointing. I'm sure that all Dunkin' locations charge for ice water so it's not just this particular location that does this, but the taste was just horrendous. I will definitely go back to Dunkin', just not this location. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, quite literally.

The food here really is terrible and should only be eaten in life or death scenarios. Such a shame since it's still relatively new, however after giving it multiple attempts I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather wait in line at chic fil a for 45 minutes and be late for work than ruin my day by eating some obviously microwaved breakfast food that honestly is really not good. The coffee is okay so two stars but it's hard to mess up coffee.

I have tried this place four times to see if they have hot or warm donuts and I have yet to get hot or warm donuts and have yet to receive anything but cold donuts The place down the road always has warm or hot I will not be going back I tried
