Both people working the counter were outside on their phone when we pulled up. One went in and took our order then turned around and went right back outside. Leaving us in the restuarant alone. Was on her phone before she hit the door. She came back in a few minutes later and handed my husband the food at the counter. By the time he got to the table she was halfway back to the door. I ask about salt and pepper she turned around got it and handed it to me and started back out. Then I realized she didn't give me my Mac and cheese. She said you only get one side with the dinner. I said I know that but I still ordered another side of Mac and cheese. She looked at the screen went and got it for me then headed back outside. We were such an inconvenience to them. There only concern was being outside on their phones.

Food was too greasy.The grease that it was cooked in was old.Fried Chicken need to be drained of some of oil before it is served. The mac and cheese was dry.

KFC Chicken - regular style- has changed their coating-at least that’s how we feel. It tasted primarily of flour. Very disappointing especial to my dining partner who doesn’t vary in his order because he wants what he wants!!It was right next door to our hotel so very convenient.I was trying to avoid carbs so was not my choice but our Grubhub order fell thru so it was order or starve time.Anyway I have always loved their Pot Pie and they had 1 left so I decided to go high carb.Our order was complicated, a two piece meal with coleslaw and mashed potatoes for the hubby and the pot pie and some additional chicken for me along with a diet Pepsi, since I had nothing to drink or eat since my coffee that morning at 0800. I had a few pecans in the car, but other than that it was a food free travel day.Anyway, the funniest thing happened when we were done with our order, which took a full five minutes at least, the lady who had been quite patient. When we drove to the next window, we could hear her saying “SHIIIIIT!-people!!!”And although that wasn’t very professional, we actually did think it was funny because I’m sure that repeating our order over and over became a little frustrating . Exercise.My chicken pot pie was as expected and tasty, neither one of us cared for the chicken, because the coding had so much taste of flour. My dining partner said the best thing in his meal was the coleslaw.We aren’t frequent fliers at KFC and this experience we’ll probably not change that.

terrible service. terrible attitudes. please hire a staff with some pride in their appearance and work ethic. my food was practically thrown at me for no reason at all. this was my favorite place to have a snack after work, sorry to see it go sour.

I attempted to place an order inside. I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to take my order and nobody ever came around from the back. Finally when somebody did come around he said, we can’t take your order you have to use the drive-through. Then turned around and walked away. Avoid this place like the plague. They are the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever met.
