I ordered a Meatball pizza , had very small amount of toppings. My wife's pizza had plenty of toppings but not cooked. I am not a fan of this process of cooking because the very thin crust burns easily and toppings do not cook enough.Kid-friendliness: My daughter liked the pictures.

Arrived 8:15p paid for 2 pizza 2 drinks..I don’t drink soft drinks, I saw they had tea when I ordered, and b4 I could get to fountain they had poured it out!! Stood there for 15 mins b4 anyone even made pizza bc they were too busy closing up! If u close @9pm..u close at 9pm..not 8:15p!!! Then girl was in such hurry to clean up and get out of there, she didn’t even read order correctly!!…. I just wonder if franchise encourages this type of customer service or if this is the work of teenagers…

Called in this order for pick up. Maybe it was rushed?
Last Saturday we ordered 3 pizzas online. When I got home, I discovered only one was correct. The second was incorrect. The third was BURNED—black all around the edges and on the bottom. The next day I called. I was told by the man who answered the phone that he would find out who had worked the night before and talk to someone about getting us gift cards. He said he would call the next day. A week later, I’m still waiting.

So good! The pizza was great and the ingredients were fresh! I didn't catch her name but one girl working there was so nice and helpful! She was working all by herself and we felt bad, but she was doing a great job and getting all the orders in with a great attitude. The atmosphere was great! We watched the NFL draft on the TVs. Overall great service and vibe!

Pizza is always uncooked and burnt on top of the veggies usually seeming spoiled and no one seems like they wanna be there or actually put any care into the food or atmosphere.

Lit Pizza is the best kept secret in Lake Charles. Pizza and calzones are delicious and very reasonably priced. You can build your own or order a Lit specialty pizza or calzone. $9.90 for a pizza with as many toppings as you would like to add and they have sooooo many topping choices. Pizzas are built right in front of you. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and this place is so CLEAN!!!!!!! I will definitely be back!!!Keep up the good work!
The fresh mozzarella is amazing and the service was great. Josh (I think he's the manager? If not you guys need to give Josh a promotion right now) even came to our table after we received our food to make sure that our pizzas were perfect.
