Usually love the service here but not tonight. They have 5 of us pulled up to drive thru reserved spots and no one else in drive thru. I only ordered the 20 pc nuggets with basket of fries. There was one car waiting before me and now there are 5. Service at window was not friendly at all. Very dissatisfied this round

For the second time this week I ordered my food on the kiosk & they always mess up the order. Today I order a quarter pounder w/ bacon and tomato. I get my food and head to work. They gave me a complete different sandwich in a quarter pounder

Well it's McDonald's so you get McDonald's. So if you like them you'll love this one.They do a good job cooking the food and they hardly ever get my order wrong.On the occasion it happens they always happily solve it and the manager is customer oriented. Thank you for that sir.

Most of the people at this location have horrible attitudes and if you try to be polite and ask them how they are they just act annoyed except this one lady I get here and there that always has the best attitude. They should clone her. Most of the time the food is just thrown together however like they take zero pride in themselves to at least try. The 3 stars are because at least most of the time I get the right order which is an improvement over the past couple years.
If I could give zero stars I would I received only 1 sandwich when I ordered 3 with 3 small fries I only received 1 burger and no fries I tried to call no one answered and when I returned not twenty minutes later they pretty much called me a liar and was very rude gave me another number which it was an answering machine. I never have left a bad review but this one in Lake Charles Prien lake road in Lake Charles I will never go back too

Its great really. I've only ever had a very few bad experiences. Some employees have a bad day and may treat others poorly but I see them there for maybe two weeks and then they are never back at the store. Don't judge based off of one experience. Now if it's a repeating experience, voice it to the restaurant. But this is my favorite McDonald's in LC
