I ordered a cappuccino. My buddy ordered an iced coffee and asked for half and half. I received a black coffee and my buddy watched the gal pour in half coffee and half cream into his cup and give him his “half and half iced coffee.” We asked her about it and I showed her my coffee - she said the black coffee was a cappuccino. She must’ve been covering for someone, but she clearly has no idea what she’s doing. She didn’t know the difference between a black coffee and a cappuccino, and must’ve thought half and half meant half coffee and half cream. Unbelievable. We just laughed and walked away.

The boy cooking tonight needs a lesson in manners and respect. I asked him to make my grilled cheese but not to make it open faced like they usually do (asked for it that way every time because it dries out the cheese... never once had a problem). This time it came out burnt. I even mentioned to the cashier when he brought it "uh oh". She knew what i menay beacausr she said "oh yeah no". I asked for another one and he rolled his shoulders and looked away and said "I did what you asked". I told him I've always ordered it that way and never once has it been burnt and taht the attitude was unnecessary. He just said "I'll have someone else do it". Then as I looked over at them, he was pointing over at me. If something's burnt, don't blame it on the customer.

This place has improved since my visit last year. Clean, lots of options. Coffee machine was cleaning but didn’t mind waiting since we were waiting for breakfast anyway. The lady at the register made our drinks when the machine was available and brought them right to us. Everything was

The restaurant was absolutely horrible. We waited over 40 minutes for a pre made meatball sub to be put in a toaster to melt the cheese. There were 3 employees that were looking around cluelessly. There was no form of organization. I am upset that L’Auberge would allow a business to be within their business and be so chaotic that all customers are upset and confused. If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would do so.There was another customer who was charged for gumbo and they had no gumbo on site.The place is just a disaster when it comes to customer service and management.

Night shift staff has bad attitudes and poor work ethic. The guy with black hair needs to check his attitude before he speaks to customers. The last two times I have been in this establishment his attitude has been real nasty(smells like someone needs to get fired). There was also a guy with braids who scratched his head and proceeded to pet a dog and went back to preparing food like it was nothing(nasty). I have no idea who trained them but they need to be retrained and why is there never a manager around? The food is alright but the entire staff needs to be thrown in the trash.

My review is about dessert and the lemon bar I had was hands down the BEST I have ever had and I have had quite a few! Tart, sweet, rich and buttery with a light crust.

This place has really good chicken paninis and desserts. But the pregnant black girl and the girl with the reddish magenta highlights in the front area of her hair have disgusting attitudes. Other than that this place is okay.

Need something late at night when everything else is closed this is a little place to grab some food. Moderate portion sized so you may need more than one order...or maybe I just got the Texas appetite and eat a bit too much. Who knows? And I don't care. Both of these chicken things are pretty good. They got yogurt, beers and some wines and others here too. It's inside the casino. Wish there were more options. The Philly cheesesteaks were a better option. Maybe stick to the sandwiches or the breakfast platters. Those are a bit more generous in potion sizes if you're hungry and I remembered that they were good too.
