Terrible terrible terrible service. Went Saturday night at 7. There were three large parties and two other tables … so basically they weren’t busy at all. Our waitress sucked. She barely talked to us. She never cam to our table. We never got fries with a burger. And she stood next to the table when we were paying and asked if we were leaving a tip. So disappointed in my $100 meal. I’m not coming back. I said the same thing 5 years ago the last time I came and it sucked. Waited for a manager or literally ANY employee to come around and see how our service was so I wouldn’t have to leave this review. Doesn’t seem like anyone wanted to work Saturday night , April 13th at 7:15pm

Never experienced a bad service until I came here and we were celebrating a birthday. It started off good, we got our drinks and then ordered our appetizer. The appetizer itself was burnt and had a bad taste to it. Our server never came back to take our order or to check on us until 45 minutes later, she didn’t even bother to apologize or acknowledge it. The restaurant wasn’t extremely busy, it did seem as if they were a bit short staffed so I would understand, however, we weren’t being checked on AT ALL. Once we placed our food order, it didn’t come for another 20 minutes which is normal but we were already waiting ONE HOUR. Once the food came, one of the orders was wrong and had to be redone and that took another 30 minutes. So at this point we asked for the wrong food order to be placed in a to go container since we were already ready to leave. While waiting for that to be redone, she never came back to check how the food was or see if we needed anything. Then once the wrong food order was brought out they forgot to include the fries with the burger. So then we asked for that and waited another 10 minutes for fries. We were here for almost two hours again it wasn’t that busy for us to be here that long.

I ordered my steak medium well, it came out more medium rare. I had them cook it a tad more and the manager brought it back out! She didn’t have to do that. She made sure it was to my liking before she walked away. She was so nice and funny. We also ordered the Mac n cheese bites and Aussie fries

We got there and the hostess was sweet and trying to seat our party (we were a about ten minutes early to our reservation) and another worker was a bit rude to her about it from the get go. After we got seated and started dining the server was great at refilling the drinks. We all found that the food was not worth the price in the end though. Would not recommend.

Savanna was our waitress & she was excellent! Friendly, attentive & fast! Got our drinks right away. The $7 drink menu is great. Food was good & not a long wait. Manager came by our table to ask if everything was good. She was friendly & pleasant. We sat at a booth in the bar & had a relaxing meal.

The place is filthy and the food was horrible. The attitude of the staff is chill and acts like your not very important. It had been 6 years since I've been because of the same issues and I will never go back to Outback again. NEVER. Waste of time and
